We would advise that you read the following terms and conditions with reference to ordering from Shining Star.

 

Shopping  

  • You can order from us by telephone, fax or by submitting the on line order form. Please print a copy of the form for your records.
  • When we receive the order form, we will contact you to agree these terms and conditions, total cost and delivery times.
  • Please note that we are too small to be VAT registered.

 

Payments  

  • All prices are displayed on our website.
  • We will only invoice organisations, otherwise, we do require payment prior to the goods being delivered.
  • We require organisations to pay within 28 days of the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payments by Cash, Cheque, Postal Order, Credit/Debit Card or BACS.
  • Once your order has been agreed over the phone you have the option of paying through paypal:

Delivery

  • We aim to deliver within 28 days, this period may be much shorter dependent on the size and range of goods ordered.
  • We will try to keep carriage charges as low as possible and will discuss and agree this with you when we contact you once you submit the order form.

 

Return of Goods

  • If you need to return goods to us, then please contact us within 7 days of receiving these and we will discuss this further with you.

 

Complaints 

  • We endeavour to provide you with an excellent service and value your custom. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to let us know so that we can review and improve our service.

 

Privacy

  • We will not release information you provide to us to any external party and please be assured that it will remain confidential.
